Tracy began her career with a major Canadian bank in 2000. She joined IG Wealth Management in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant working for a Division Manager and the Consultants in that division. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to handle recruitment for the region until 2015 when she transitioned to her role as an Executive Assistant to Mary Hope.  

In 2023 Tracy’s role expanded as she became the lead Executive Assistant on the newly formed team of Mary Hope, Mary Birkett & Barbara Dawson. Tracy brings over 35 years of exemplary customer service and 25 years of financial services knowledge to the team. She is happily married with two children.
