Willie has worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years. She started with a major Canadian bank as a teller and subsequently progressed through more senior positions as the branch customer service representative, financial service manager, assistant branch manager and commercial account manager. In 2015 Willie transitioned to IG Wealth Management as a mortgage assistant and in March of 2023 she joined the IG Private Wealth Management team of Mary Hope, Mary Birkett & Barbara Dawson as an Executive Assistant. Throughout her career Willie has always worked in customer facing roles, providing excellent customer service.

In her spare time Willie enjoys the game of golf, swimming, spending time with her husband, her sons and their families, and her four grandchildren.
